This session will explore teaching and learning strategies that foster a learner-centred environment. We will review open education, experiential learning and universal design for learning and how they support a learner centred environment.

Workshop Objectives:

·       Define the term learner centred

·       Explain the benefits and challenges of a learner centred environment

·       Create a list of tools and resources that will support a learner centred environment
